White Sage Bundle - Small

Sage is a powerful herb that when burned or smudged can produce an instant energy shift that often translates to feeling lighter, clearer and calmer. ⁣

To cleanse your crystals make sure to open a window to allow the negative energy to escape, or if possible do it outside. When ready light the tip of the sage bundle with a lighter or a match. Move the sage around allowing the smoke to surround every crystal, if it’s easier hold one at a time in your hand. Do this with each crystal for around 30 seconds, if it has been a while since the last cleanse then consider doing it for an additional 30 seconds.
